1. Probe Interface Overview
GE VIVID S5 is a new generation of ultrasound system launched by GE VIVID series, with excellent image quality and performance, and is widely used in many fields such as heart, peripheral blood vessels, small organs, abdomen, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, transcranial, transesophageal, and surgery. The system is designed with full consideration of the convenience and diversity of clinical use, among which the probe interface is one of its important components.

2. Specific Configuration and Features
Number of Probe Interfaces:
GE VIVID S5 is equipped with 3 probe interfaces, which makes the probe conversion very convenient and can meet the needs of different examination parts.
Probe Hanger and Cable Management:
The system provides 6 probe hangers to fully meet the needs of whole body examination, and is equipped with multi-directional probe cable hooks to ensure the orderly placement of probe cables and reduce confusion and interference during operation.
Image Storage and Backup:
Although the Probe Interface Board mainly focuses on the probe interface itself, it is worth noting that GE VIVID S5 is also equipped with a built-in hard disk of more than 100GB for image storage, as well as a built-in slot-loading DVD-RW drive to facilitate data backup and transmission.
Other auxiliary functions: The system also provides a built-in battery (optional), which provides an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) function, can save data in the event of a sudden power outage, and can be used in standby mode to save time on and off during movement.
